Linda's Pesto Butter

Pesto Butter
In a mini-prep
process
1/4 C pine nuts
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp fresh sweet basil chopped

This is wicked good stuff but not at all cal-conscious. We like this on grilled or poached salmon as well. You would use just a tiny bit on what ever you are serving it on.
